How It Works:
- Submit your friend's details using our simple referral form
- We'll get in touch and invite them to apply
- If they’re hired and complete 4 weeks of active shifts, you'll receive your £100 reward!
Who Can You Refer?
- Support Workers
- Health Care Assistants (HCAs)
- Registered Nurses (RGNs & RMNs)
- Live-in Carers
- Chefs, Cleaners, or Admin Staff
Whether experienced or new to care we provide full training and ongoing support.
